The Steps To Ensure A Perfect Quality Landscape In Maryland, Virginia And The Washington D.C. Area

Step One: Client has a phone consultation with one of our consultants to go over basic needs and find out what the best possible beginning solution may be. In this meeting, we discuss the functions, needs, and wants regarding your landscape. At this point, we create one of the following types of drawings: Architectural Drawing - a formal master plan, to scale.  It is a "general concept" drawing and serves as a basic guide.

Step Two: We set up a first meeting with you so we can gather information for the landscape design. We will also decide if you need an "architectural" or a "thumbnail sketch" drawing.

Step Three: Then, we schedule a second meeting with you to go over our landscape design findings. In this meeting, you will either approve the landscape design or send it back for revision. Our goal in this meeting is to make sure everything is OK for the final drawing. We can then create a Final Master Plan or make additional revisions to the plan which we will review with you.

Step Four: After the landscape design Final Master Plan is approved, we complete a Contract for Installation and schedule your landscape design project.
